Canadian Cream Soda
CANADIAN CREAM SODA
- 4 oz water
- 4 oz apple cider
- 1/2 oz real maple syrup
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to Drinkmate bottle
- Depress button until gas vents
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
- Pour into ice-filled glass
Note: If doubling recipe, carbonate and release pressure an additional time before serving
