CANADIAN CREAM SODA

  • 4 oz water
  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 1/2 oz real maple syrup
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • Add all ingredients to Drinkmate bottle
  • Depress button until gas vents
  • Shake for 10 seconds
  • Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
  • Pour into ice-filled glass

Note: If doubling recipe, carbonate and release pressure an additional time before serving
