WINTER BLOSSOM

  • 1 oz chilled pomegranate juice, such as POM
  • 1/4 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Garnish: wide lemon twist, pomegranate seeds
  • Add all ingredients to DrinkMate bottle
  • Carbonate
  • Slowly pour into champagne flute
  • Garnish by twisting lemon peel over the surface of the drink,
    then discard.
  • Float pomegranate seeds in the drink.
    Note: If doubling recipe, carbonate and release pressure an additional
    time before serving
